The NFL announced Tuesday thatย Raiders RT Vadal Alexander suspended first four games of 2018 season without pay for violatingย the NFLโs performance-enhancing substances policy.
Alexander will be eligible to return to the Raiders on October 1, but he can participate in training camp and the preseason.
Alexander, 24, is a former seventh-round pick of the Raiders back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.41 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $630,000 and $720,000 over the final two years of the agreement.
In 2017, Alexander was active for 15 games and placed a total of 256 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
