The Oakland Raiders officially signed LB Cayson Collins to their practice squad on Wednesday.

The Raiders actually tried Collins out last month, so he was on their radar as a potential addition.
Collins, 22, wound up signing on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina this past May. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Dolphins, but was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason.
During his college career at UNC, Collins recorded 218 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, seven forced fumbles, five recoveries, a pass defense and a defensive touchdown over the course of five seasons and 45 games played.
