According to Steve Corkran, the Raiders tendered an offer to exclusive rights free agent CB Chimdi Chekwa.
- Oakland tendered offers to OL Matt McCants, LB Kaelin Burnett, RB Jamize Olawale, CB Brandian Ross, RB Jeremy Stewart on Tuesday.
Chekwa, 25, was a fourth-round pick of the Raiders back in 2011. He appeared in 15 games last season and totaled 24 tackles and a fumble recovery.
He was rated as one of the worst special teams players in the league last season, according to Pro Football Focus.
