The Las Vegas Raiders are waiving RB William Stanback on Sunday to make room for newly signed RB Theo Riddick, according to Tom Pelissero.
Stanback, 26, wound up going undrafted out of UCF back in 2017. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Packers, but was waived coming out of the preseason.
Stanback later signed on with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL in 2018 and has spent the two past two years in Canada. The Raiders signed him to a futures contract back in January.
In total, Stanback rushed for 1,587 yards on 251 carries (6.3 YPC) to go along with 58 receptions for 642 yards receiving seven total touchdowns over the course of 30 games.
