ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Fisher will still meet with the Rams today.
Dan Pompei of the Chicago Tribune reports sources have suggested that Jeff Fisher is leaning towards the Dolphins job at this point so the Rams will have to setup up their offer if they want to land him.
Miami is reportedly willing to beat any offer that Fisher receives but don’t have a future quarterback in place. Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio has mentioned that Fisher is going to maximize his leverage now that he’s the hottest coach on the market and from what we’ve seen thus far, that appears to be the case.
