According to NFL agent Matt Brei, the Rams are releasing veteran C Tim Barnes.
Barnes, 28, originally signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri back in 2011. He was entering the final year of a two-year contract that he signed with the team last offseason.
In 2016, Barnes appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and Pro Football Focus graded him as the No. 31 overall center out of 38 qualifying players.
