Trewyn, 24, wound up going undrafted out of Wisconsin-Whitewater back in 2019. He later signed a three-year contract with the Buccaneers.
Trewyn was waived coming out of the preseason and was on and off of the Bucs’ roster during the season. The Rams later signed him to their practice squad before bringing him back on a futures contract.
In 2019, Trewyn was active for one game while playing for the Buccaneers.
Dortch, 22, signed on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest back in May of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason and signed on with New York’s practice squad once passing through waivers unclaimed.
The Panthers signed Dortch off of the Jets practice squad in October before waiving him after a month. He returned to Carolina before eventually signing on to the Rams’ practice squad.
In 2019, Dortch appeared in two games for the Panthers and recorded 119 kickoff return yards and 28 punt return yards.
