Mike Garafolo reports that the Redskins are signing G Wes Schweitzer to a three-year, $13.5 million contract on Monday.
Schweitzer, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Falcons back in 2016. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.47 million contract with Washington and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his NFL career.
In 2019, Schweitzer appeared in 15 games for the Redskins, making seven starts for them. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 56 guard out of 80 qualifying players.
