ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the Miami Dolphins have reached an agreement with free agent WR Brandon Gibson.
The Dolphins brought Gibson in for a visit today and previous reports indicated that he would have met with the Titans had they not reached an agreement.
Clearly, Jeff Ireland has been very aggressive in signing players this offseason after they were unable to lure any of their top targets from a season ago.
Ryan Tannehill will now have three new weapons in WRs Mike Wallace, Gibson and TE Dustin Keller to work with next season. Miami also managed to buy a new tandem of linebackers and retain WR Brian Hartline and S Chris Clemons.
We had him listed as the No. 32 best available player in our recently updatedย Top 50 Free Agentsย list.
