Saints Sign CB Champ Bailey

Mike Triplett of ESPN.com reports that the Saints have agreed to terms with veteran CB Champ Bailey.

• ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Bailey’s two-year contract is worth a maximum value of $7 million.
• Jason La Canfora reported that Bailey was signing with a new team on Friday, but couldn’t confirm the team.

Bailey, 35, was cut loose by the Broncos a few weeks ago, which came as little surprise given his age and salary for the 2014 season.

Last year, he totaled 14 tackles over the course of just five games last year, so there are obvious concerns regarding his age future production.
