Ian Rapoport reports that the veteran QB Ryan Fitzpatrick is signing with the Houston Texans.
- Ed Werder reports that Fitzpatrick will receive a two-year contract.
The addition of Fitzpatrick appears to be another indicated that the Texans will part ways with veteran QB Matt Schaub, either by trade or release him outright at some point in the near future.
The Titans released Fitzpatrick a few days ago after they signed Charlie Whitehurst to backup Jake Locker.
Last year, Fitzpatrick appeared in 11 games and completed 62 percent of his pass for 2,454 yards 14 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
