According to Aaron Wilson, the Vikings are signing undrafted Texas A&M WR Quartney Davis after increasing their initial offer.
Wilson notes that Davis originally was going to sign with the Cowboys.
“It’s an exciting opportunity. I really love Minnesota. I watched a lot of their game. I’m excited to get there and start my journey and work my way up the depth chart,” said Courtney, via Wilson.
Davis, 22, appeared in 30 games over his three years with the Aggies after redshirting his freshman year.
During his three-year college career, Davis recorded 99 receptions for 1,201 yards receiving (12.1 YPC) and 11 touchdowns, to go along with eight rushing attempts for 45 yards (5.6 YPC) and no touchdowns.
