According to Aaron Wilson, the Saints have signed S Terrell Williams to their roster.
Williams, 22, wound up signing on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Houston in 2018. He signed a three-year $1.71 million contract and was set to make a base salary of $485,000 for the 2018 season.
The 49ers placed Williams on injured reserve in August with a hyperextended knee and later released him with an injury settlement
During his college career at Houston, Williams recorded 95 tackles, four interceptions, a fumble recovery and seven pass defenses over the course of 23 games.
