The Seattle Seahawks are re-signing veteran TE Luke Willson, according to Curtis Crabtree of Pro Football Talk.
The Seahawks have also signed Greg Olsen and tendered a restricted offer to Jacob Hollister, so their tight end position appears to be in order now.
Willson, 30, is a former fifth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,338,532 rookie contract with the Seahawks and re-signed to a one-year contract in 2017.
The Lions elected to sign Willson to a one-year contract worth $2.5 million for the 2018 season. He signed briefly with the Raiders before being cut and later returning to the Seahawks.
In 2019, Willson appeared in eight games and caught eight passes for 79 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
