Seahawks Sign RB Bo Scarbrough Off Jaguars’ Practice Squad

Ian Rapoport reports that the Seahawks are signing RB Bo Scarbrough off of the Jaguars’ practice squad on Tuesday.

Scarbrough, 21, was selected in the seventh round of this year’s draft by the Cowboys. The Cowboys elected to cut him loose last weekend as their trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

The Cowboys later re-signed Scarbrough to their practice squad but cut him loose on soon after. Scarbrough would later sign on to the Jaguars’ taxi squad.

During his three-year college career at Alabama, Scarbrough rushed for 1,512 yards on 267 carries (5.7 YPC) to go along with 21 receptions for 131 yards receiving and 20 touchdowns over the course of 31 games.
