Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that the Texans had a private workout with Ole Miss WR A.J. Brown on Friday.
This is the ninth reported meeting for Brown, who has also visited with the Bills, Giants, Redskins, 49ers, Colts, Eagles, Packers, and Patriots.
Brown, 21, is widely considered to be one of the top receiver prospects in the country and could end up being a first-round selection in April’s draft.
Brown has drawn comparisons to Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster.
During his three-year college career at Ole Miss, Brown caught 189 passes for 2,984 yards receiving and 19 touchdowns.
