The Houston Texans announced Sunday that they’ve placed S Eric Murray on the COVID-19 list and promoted CB Anthony Chesley to their active roster.

Murray, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2016. He was traded to the Browns last year in return for DE Emmanuel Ogbah.
Murray played out the final year of his four-year, $2,967,304 contract before returning to the Texans this past March on a three-year deal worth up to $20.25 million.
In 2020, Murray has appeared in 14 games for the Texans and recorded 71 tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and two passes defended.
