Texans S Justin Reid Done For Season With Hand Injury

Ian Rapoport reports that Texans’ S Justin Reid will miss the rest of the 2020 season due to a hand injury he sustained on Sunday.

The Texans will likely place Reid on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone else to their roster.

Reid, 23, was selected in the third round out of Stanford by the Texans in 2018. He signed a four-year, $4.063 million deal including a $1.039 million signing bonus. 

In 2020, Reid appeared in 13 games for the Texans and recorded 83 tackles, two sacks, and four pass deflections.
