The Texans hosted Hall for a visit on Tuesday, so they were clearly impressed enough to sign him despite failing a physical with the Vikings last week.
Hall, 25, is a former second-round pick of the Raiders back in 2018. He was in the third year of his four-year, $4,713,470 contract when Las Vegas waived him last week.
Hall was traded to the Vikings but failed a physical and reverted back to the Raiders.
In 2019, Hall appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded 26 total tackles, five tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks.
We had him included in our Top 100 Available 2020 Free Agents list.
