The Houston Texans officially waived LB B.J. Bello from injured reserve with a settlement on Wednesday.
Bello, 24, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois State back in 2017. He spent over a year in Cleveland before he was waived and later signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad last year.
Bello had a brief stint with the Eagles before signing on with the Texans this past July. Houston waived him with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to their injured reserve list.
For his career, Bello has appeared in 19 games and recorded six tackles.
