UPDATE: According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Titans OT Taylor Lewan‘s “A-sample” tested positive for a banned substance. If Lewan’s “B-sample” is positive as well, he will be facing a four-game suspension, however, the test results are still pending.
In a video posted to his Twitter page, Titans OT Taylor Lewan says he failed a drug test for a supplement banned by the NFL.
According to Ian Rapoport, Lewan could be suspended for four games by the NFL. Paul Kuharsky writes Lewan plans to appeal any potential suspension.
Thank you to everyone who sees this video and supports me. My family and I are so grateful to the Tennessee Titans organization and fans for your support. I will post the polygraph information next. #NoBadDays pic.twitter.com/lE9iEMmLxw

Lewan said he’s taken a polygraph that proves he did not knowingly take the substance. Lewan says he tested positive for ostarine.
Lewan, 28, was taken with the No. 11 overall pick by the Titans back in 2014. He was in the final year of his four-year, $11.485 million rookie contract when the Titans picked up his fifth-year option in 2017.
Lewan signed a five-year, $80 million extension in 2017 that made him the NFL’s highest-paid offensive lineman at the time.
In 2018, Lewan appeared in 15 games for the Titans starting at left tackle. He was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 15 offensive tackle out of 80 qualifying players.
