Titans Waive DB Josh Aubrey After He’s Reinstated From Retired List

The Tennessee Titans officially placed DB Josh Aubrey on waivers Friday after he was reinstated from the reserve/retired list.

It looks like Aubrey has changed his mind about retirement and plans to catch on with an NFL team for training camp.

Aubrey, 25, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Stephen F. Austin back in April of 2013. He briefly played for the Seahawks before signing to the Texans practice squad in September of last year.

However, Houston placed Aubrey on waivers shortly after the 2015 draft. The Titans later signed him to their practice squad before eventually calling him up towards the end of the year.

Aubrey was placed on the reserve/retired list last August after he announced that he was retiring from the NFL.

In 2015, Aubrey appeared in one game, but didn’t record a single statistic.
