Minnesota is reportedly performing contact tracing and anyone deemed to be high risk won’t be allowed to travel for Monday’s game against the Bears.

You can expect the Vikings to place Samia on the COVID-19 list tomorrow.

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

Samia, 23, is a former fourth-round pick of the Vikings back in 2019. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3.25 million contract.

In 2020, Samia has appeared in seven games for the Vikings, making four starts for them at guard.
