The second-round tender will cost Minnesota $3.095 million for each player for the 2019 season.
Hill, 27, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Miss back in May. He was, unfortunately, among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad.
The Vikings signed Hill off of the Jaguars practice squad back in November of 2016. He’ll be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2018, Hill started eight games for the Vikings. He was Pro Football Focus‘ No. 65-ranked tackle out of 80 qualifying players.
Harris, 27, wound up signing on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia back in 2015. He spent most of his rookie season on the Vikings’ practice squad before eventually being called up in December.
In 2018, Harris played in 15 games and recorded 45 total tackles, three interceptions and six passes defensed. He was rated as Pro Football Focus‘ No. 3-ranked safety out of 93 qualifying players.
