Washington’s practice squad now includes:
- DT David Bada (International)
- CB Aaron Colvin
- QB Steven Montez
- C Ross Pierschbacher
- CB Cole Luke
- OL David Steinmetz
- WR Jeff Badet
- LB Jordan Kunaszyk
- DT Devaroe Lawrence
- K Kaare Vedvik
- TE Marcus Baugh
- WR Trevor Davis
- DB Jordan Brown
- LB Justin Phillips
Phillips, 23, signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State in 2019. He bounced on and off Dallas’ roster a couple times during the offseason before being cut coming out of camp.
Phillips signed with the Raiders practice squad and was later promoted to the active roster before being waived with an injury designation. He re-signed with the team this offseason only to be cut coming out of camp.
In 2019, Phillips appeared in four games for the Raiders and recorded six total tackles.
