  1. Does anyone think it’s a good idea fit STL to go after Henry Melton. I think so, have him as a rotation tackle and work him in more. Then go after Brian de la Puente or the packers center. If do that then cut wells

  2. Where does Earl Mitchell NT fall on your list. He is a true NT who seems to be pretty damn good at disrupting plays. Do you think he appears to be better than he is with Watt and Smith on the line with him? He also looks very athletic for a NT.

    • Ugh! Some he got left off the list in the most recent update. Thanks for mentioning him. He’s been added to the list and reports are that he had a very solid market. I think the Bears were mentioned specifically.

    • Matt Bowen of the Bleacher Report passed along an interesting note regarding Rams new DC Gregg Williams. Bowen mentioned that the FS position is extremely important to his defensive scheme and has been an issue for the Rams in recent years.

Byrd represents the best available FS, however, St. Louis will need to create cap space somewhere, which won’t be easy. They could probably get a deal together, but it’s never a good idea to go all-in on a single player.

I’d look for a cap move to be made before I got my hopes up regarding Byrd and the Rams.

      Thanks for the question.

      • Thank you for the response! I just really want them to add him so they don’t have to give receivers the ten yards of space and then expecting to stop them.

  3. Toby Gerhart is a hidden gem in this free agency class. Hiding in Adrian Peterson shadow is a solid running back who can start for at least half the teams in the league and will be cheap.

  4. JImmy will be franchised, to tag jimmy the saints only have to pay 6million. In other words dont get your hopes thinking your team might sign him

  5. And what makes ATL DT Babs better than ATL DT Corey Peters, his fewer sacks? or the missed tackles in the backfield that Nolan complained about?

    • My apologies. Our rankings sheet had him listed as a restricted free agent for some reason. I’ll provide an update later tonight.

    • I think Babs is an above average DT in this league. He may not get the sacks, but he really disrupts the pocket and buys time for other guys to get there. I’d take him over Peters, but I hope we retain them both. Won’t miss Peria Jerry one bit though.

        • I think the Pats will beat us to Jenkins, and even Evans and Matthews will be taken by the 2nd but that’s okay because we can grab someone like Allan Robinson or Odell Beckham Jr in the second if they’re still available, and we have the assets to trade up too. As far as Tight End goes, there’s some late round value, like Arthur Lynch, that will fit right in with this team.

          • Depends how the draft falls I seen ebron fall to them. I think we could trade back for matthews and get ammo to trade up for Jenkins. Im very high on Devin Street. Who looks like a good pick up in the 3rd or 4th round.

          • Street would be a great late round value too. I’m wondering if they’ll try to draft a safety to replace Landry and save in free agency. The more I think about Verner, I realize his price may be high and Talib might be a better value. Then again, I would be okay if they went all in for Graham and didn’t draft any Tightends.

          • I think you could get Verner for 9-11 mill. Only because Revis got 15. But he’s the top corner. Verner is somewhere between 6-8th best. The thing I like is he’s consistent. FS position is a cheaper position. Franchise tag was 6.9 mill. I was thinking as much as stealing Byrd from buffalo. T.J Ward might be a slightly cheaper option. I like Joyner from Fsu. But not sure he will drop to round 3. To be honest I love the Baylor rb. He has alot of Shady McCoy qualities.

          • I’ve been wondering if maybe its easier to draft Clinton-Dix in the first and someone like Beckham in the second. Whatever OLB the Jets can get will look awfully good with the D-line we have in place. We can go cheap on pass rush, maybe even give Antwan Barnes more plays if he can stay healthy, and make the backfield just as dominant as the front seven.

          • We cant draft defense till round 3. I actually think we should trade back.To score another 3rd round pick so we could afford to draft defense in rd 2. Btw im on fb just look me up by name to add me been trying to build my jets page up.

          • That’s funny. I think Verner is pretty inconsistent. He always starts off on FIRE, but then falters down the stretch. Not to say he doesn’t play well, just not as good, down the stretch of a season.

          • It’s all about Graham….make him the highest paid TE in the league, why would they pay another CB $ 9-11 mil instead of offering the same money to Graham?

          • Graham is getting a contract from no or franchised believe that why besides money would he leave a qb like drew Brees for that shit ass orginazation Brady baby fuck Rex

          • What other reason then money did R. cano leave the Yankees? It happens in every sport every year there is a free agent singing that make you go huh? If the Jets or any team wants Graham bad enough giving up tons of money and or draft picks wont matter much. The Jets will have cap room for the first time in 3 years and 12 total draft picks to play with. The difference between the Jets and Saints comes down to Brees and Graham, N.O. Is one season removed from being invitestigated and convicted so let’s not act like they are a mold franchise nor is the one u root for yes they have been very successful in the past decade but ever since they were investigated and convicted they stop winning Super Bowls.

          • Baseball doesn’t have the option to franchise tag. I realize it was just a comparison, but N.O will franchise or long term sign him

    • Would probably be pointless without a QB? Did win a shocking amount of games with Geno, who most of the time was Sachez 2.0, so I could certainly be wrong.

  6. With the Bears likely to cut Peppers at the end of the season, going after another former Panther Greg Hardy would be a great idea.

    • Greg Hardy is entering the peak of his career, I doubt he wants to throw it away with a non contending team and weak defense. We miss Julius, but he didn’t do shit since he left.

  7. I really hope the Rams go after Ben Tate. I love his running style and believe he would fit great with Jeff Fishers offense. Not to mention we need a RB badly…
