Aaron Donald Wins Defensive Rookie Of The Year

Rams DT Aaron Donald was named the 2014 Defensive Rookie Of The Year Saturday night.

Raiders OLB Khalil Mack and and Ravens ILB C.J. Mosley were also in the mix for the award, but there is no question that Donald is deserving of the award.

He finished his rookie season with 47 tackles, nine sacks, and two forced fumbles over the course of 16 games. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 1 defensive tackle in the league ahead guys like Gerald McCoy and Ndamukong Suh.
