Bengals Sign K Jonathan Brown To Practice Squad

The Cincinnati Bengals announced Thursday that they’ve signed K Jonathan Brown to their practice squad.

The Bengals’ practice squad now consists of:

1. WR Kermit Whitfield
2. DT DeShawn Williams
3. TE Scott Orndoff
4. CB Sojourn Shelton
5. LB Carl Bradford
6. S Robenson Therezie
7. OT Javarius Leamon
8. G Oni Omoile
9. LB Connor Harris
10. K Jonathan Brown

Brown, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of Louisville back in May of last year. He was, unfortunately, waived with an injury designation a few weeks later and he later reverted to the Bengals’ injured reserve before they cut him loose during the final week of the preseason.

Brown returned to the Bengals on a future/reserve contract this past January only to be cut loose at the start of training camp.

Brown has yet to appear in an NFL game.
