Browns Place DL Emmanuel Ogbah & Jamie Meder On Injured Reserve

The Cleveland Browns announced Tuesday that they’ve placed DL Emmanuel Ogbah (foot) and DL Jamie Meder (ankle) on injured reserve.

Other roster moves from the Browns include:

  • Browns signed S Justin Currie. (NFLTR)
  • Browns promoted DL Tyrone Holmes to their active roster.
  • Browns signed DB Jacob Hagen to the practice squad.

The Browns’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. DB C.J. Smith
  2. WR Bug Howard
  3. LB Austin Calitro
  4. WR Rannell Hall
  5. OT Andrew Wylie
  6. OT Victor Salako
  7. OT Korren Kirven
  8. RB Josh Rounds
  9. WR Kasen Williams
  10. DB Jacob Hagen

Ogbah, 24, is a former second-round pick of the Browns back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $6.6 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $1.05 million and $1.35 million over the final two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Ogbah had appeared in 10 games for the Browns and recorded 29 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, a recovery and six pass defenses.
