Falcons HC Mike Smith told reporters on Tuesday that they signed veteran OT Jeremy Trueblood to a contract.
- Atlanta subsequently released OL Terren Jones and also reached an agreement on an injury settlement with Phillipkeith Manley.
Trueblood, 30, was recently released by the Redskins. He should be able to provide them with some depth behind Lamar Holmes who figures to open the season as their starting right tackle.
