The New York Giants announced Thursday that they’ve signed DB Tim Scott to a contract.
Scott, 24, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina back in 2015. He was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed to the Cowboys’ practice squad.
Scott finished out the 2015 season with the Browns and returned to Cleveland on a future/reserve contract. The Redskins signed him to a deal a few weeks ago but elected to cut him loose soon after.
Scott has yet to appear in an NFL game.
