Greg Little Possible Breakout Candidate?

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Browns WR Greg Little could end up having a breakout season and “maybe even a Pro Bowl-type of year” depending on what happens with the team’s quarterback position.

Cabot points to the 61 receptions and 709 yards that Little accumulated during his rookie season, despite the fact that he missed the team’s training camp.

While those are respectable numbers for a rookie receiver, he was ranked as the #114 receiver out #115 by Pro Football Focus last year. Should Brandon Weeden win the starting quarterback job and live up to his first-round selection, Little could very easily build on his first year. Obviously, there are no guarantees here, but he’s at least one guy to watch during training camp.
