The Jacksonville Jaguars officially placed DT Mike Hughes on injured reserve after passing through waivers unclaimed on Monday.
Hughes, 22, signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of UNLV back in May. The Jaguars waived him with an injury designation last Friday.
During his four-year college career at Las Vegas, Hughes recorded 131 total tackles, 16 tackles for loss, four sacks, one pass defense, one fumble recovery, and two forced fumbles.
