Lions Activate Three From COVID-19 List Including TE T.J. Hockenson

The Detroit Lions officially activated TE T.J. Hockenson, DB Amani Oruwariye and P Arryn Siposs from the COVID-19 list.

Hockenson, 23, is a former first-round pick of the Lions back in 2019. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year rookie deal worth $19,821,230.

The contract also includes a fifth-year option for the Lions to pick up in 2022. 

In 2019, Hockenson appeared in 12 games for the Lions and caught 32 passes for 367 yards and two touchdowns. He’s rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 39 tight end out of 70 qualifying players.
