NFL Notes: Jason Pierre-Paul, Saints, & Titans

Jason Pierre-Paul

Jordan Raanan reports that Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul remains at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami as of Monday morning with his family.

Raanan adds that there’s currently no further update regarding his status, but the fact that he’s still in the hospital 36 hours after the incident occurred is an indication that this isn’t minor injury.

Saints

Saints RB Khiry Robinson mentioned that he doesn’t feel like the odd man out in New Orleans, even though the team brought in C.J. Spiller during free agency.

It’s all good. It’s never low,” said Robinson, via Mike Triplett of ESPN. “…I’m the type of person, I’m gonna get what I get and do what I do with it. So whether it’s 20 carries or one carry, I’m gonna do the best of my ability every play.

I just gotta keep working,” said Robinson. “It’s all love in the backfield. We all work together, try to help each other. So I think it’s a good thing we’ve got a full backfield again. So if anybody goes down, we’ve got another player right up there to do the same thing.

Titans

Titans offseason addition WR Harry Douglas mentioned that No. 2 overall pick Marcus Mariota has displayed “unbelievable accuracy” during the team’s OTAs and minicamp.

“I feel like Marcus has done everything he needs to do to get the ball to his receivers,” Douglas added, via Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com.
