Nolan Carroll’s Visit With Cowboys Ends Without Deal, Has Interest From Eagles & Dolphins

Tim McManus of PhillyMag.com reports that free agent CB Nolan Carroll ended his visit with the Cowboys without an agreement on a long-term deal.

According to McManus, Carroll is also drawing interest from the Dolphins and Eagles.

Carroll, 29, is former fifth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2010. He played out his rookie contract with Miami and later signed a two-year deal with the Eagles.

His 2015 season unfortunately came to an end after he suffered a broken right ankle during their Week 11 game.

In 2015, Carroll appeared in 11 games and recorded 57 tackles, two interceptions with one beign returned for a touchdown and 10 pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 53 cornerback out of 111 qualifying players.
