The Raiders have now signed all of their draft picks except for third-round pick OG Gabe Jackson.
Both Ellis and McGill will receive four-year contracts worth an estimated $2,220,000 and includes signing bonuses of $555,000, according to OverTheCap.com.
At Louisiana Tech, Ellis played in 38 games and totaled 102 tackles (37 solo), 2.5 sacks, three passes deflected, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries.
McGill is an intriguing player who could find playing time early in a variety of nickel packages. He started 34 games for the Utah Utes and totaled 109 tackles (62 solo), 12 interceptions, 19 interception return yards, 21 pass breakups, two blocked kicks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
