Ravens Cut Roster Down To 53 Players

The Baltimore Ravens have announced several roster cuts on Saturday, and are officially down to the required 53 players.

Ravens roster cuts include:

The team also placed OLB Zach Thompson on the season-ending injured reserve

Reid, 27, was re-signed by the Ravens back in April to a one-year, $745,000 contract. Reid was a third-round draft pick by the Ravens back in 2011. He was once a consistent starter for the team back in 2012, but was never able to return to form after suffering a season-ending toe injury.

Reid has appeared in 39 total games throughout his four-year NFL career, but has only started seven games during that span.
