Ravens Interested In CB Morris Claiborne

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Ravens are looking at veteran cornerbacks including Morris Claiborne.

The market has been very quiet for Claiborne, despite the fact that he plays a premium position and looked pretty good for the Cowboys last year.

Claiborne has dealt with the injuries throughout his career, which has led to some speculation that he may have to accept a one-year, prove-it contract this offseason.

Claiborne, 27, is a former first-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with Dallas before returning to the team on a one-year, $3 million back in March of last year.

In 2016, Claiborne appeared in seven games for the Cowboys and recorded 26 tackles, one interception, a fumble recovery, and five pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 12 cornerback out of 112 qualifying players.
