Ravens Sign HC John Harbaugh To A Multi-Year Deal

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Baltimore Ravens have reached an agreement on a multi-year deal with HC John Harbaugh.

  • Harbaugh is under contract through the 2016. (Pro Football Talk)
  • He’ll make close to $7 million annually over the next four seasons. (Pro Football Talk)
  • This deal make Harbaugh the fourth highest paid coach in the NFL behind Sean Payton, Bill Belichick and Andy Reid.

Harbaugh had two years remaining on his contract, but winning a Super Bowl in 2012 was more than enough to justify an extension.

Harbaugh has a .675 (54-26) winning percentage in his five years with Baltimore. The Ravens have won 9 playoff games and, of course, one Super Bowl title under Harbaugh.
