The Baltimore Ravens announced Friday that they’ve waived DE Da’Sean Downey and signed LB Chris Board to a contract.
Downey wound up going undrafted out of UMass last month before securing a tryout with the Ravens during their rookie minicamp. The Ravens elected to sign him to a three-year, $1,710,000 contract with the Ravens.
During his four-year college career at UMass, Downey recorded 187 tackles, 34 tackles for a loss, 11 sacks, an interception, four forced fumbles, and pass defenses over the course of 40 games.
