Ramon Antonio Vargas of the Advocate reports that Saints CB P.J. Williams was arrested on counts of drunk driving and careless driving in New Orleans early Wednesday.
Williams was previously arrested for a DUI in Florida back in 2015, but the case was thrown out because police dash cam video failed to capture key moments from that arrest, according to TMZ.
Williams, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Saints back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3,061,619 contract and is in line to be an unrestricted free agent this March.
In 2018, Williams appeared in 15 games for the Saints and recorded 53 tackles, one sack, an interception returned for a touchdown, two forced fumbles and nine pass defenses.
