The Seattle Seahawks officially signed RB George Farmer to their practice squad on Thursday and released RB Kelvin Taylor from the unit.

Farmer, 23, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of USC back in May of last year. He was waived during the preseason and signed on to the Seahawks practice squad at the start of the regular season.
Farmer returned to the Seahawks on a future/reserve contract this past January but was once again waived at the start of the season. He has been on and off of their active roster this season.
In 2016, Farmer has appeared in two games and rushed for one yard on a single carry to go along with one reception for four yards and no touchdowns.
