According to Adam Caplan, the Seahawks brought in DL Shaneil Jenkins for a workout on Monday.
Jenkins, 22, wound up signing on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Shepherd back in May. However, Denver elected to waive him to make room for DL Lars Koht at the start of the preseason.
The Cowboys later signed Jenkins to a contract one week after he was waived by the Broncos, but was unfortunately among Dallas’ roster cuts as they trimmed down to 75 players.
During his five-year college career, Jenkins appeared in 47 games and recorded 100 total tackles, 32 tackles for loss, and 27 sacks.
