Titans LB Colin McCarthy Likely Done For The Season

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that Titans LB Colin McCarthy will likely require season-ending surgery on his injured shoulder.

McCarthy suffered the injury during last weekend preseason game against the Packers.

According to Wyatt, initial tests have indicated that McCarthy’s injury will require surgery, but he is expected to get a second opinion next week.

Moise Fokou figures to be the next man up for the Titans while McCarthy is out.

Last year, McCarthy appeared in 16 games and recorded 55 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble.
