Vikings Sign First-Round Pick CB Trae Waynes

Darren Wolfson reports that the Vikings have signed first-round pick CB Trae Waynes to a four-year contract.

Waynes is the first Vikings’ draft pick to sign their rookie contract with the team, but there’s a good chance Minnesota will have the rest of them under contract at some point in the near future.

According to OverTheCap.com, Ryan is projected to receive a four-year contract worth $12,944,360 , which includes a signing bonus of $7,674,080.

During his three years at Michigan State, Waynes recorded 101 tackles, four sacks, six interceptions and 13 pass defenses.
