The Baltimore Ravens placed TE Chase Ford on season-ending injured reserve Monday with a shoulder injury.
- Ravens promoted G Kaleb Johnson and WR Daniel Brown from their practice squad.
- Ravens waived WR Chuck Jacobs.
Ford, 25, originally signed on with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in 2012. He lasted less than a year in Philadelphia before signing a future/reserve contract with the Vikings in January of 2013.
He was on and off of the Vikings’ active roster for the next two years before being signed to the Ravens’ active roster.
Ford has yet to appear in a game this season.
