Colts Sign DT Kelcy Quarles To Practice Squad

The Indianapolis Colts announced Friday that they’ve signed DT Kelcy Quarles to their practice squad.

The Colts’ practice squad now consists of:

1. DT Kelcy Quarles
2. LB Amarlo Herrera
3. RB LaDarius Perkins
4. OT Pierce Burton 
5. RB Josh Robinson (Injured)
6. QB Alex Tanney 
7. DB Dezmen Southward 
8. G Ben Heenan 
9. DE Earl Okine
10. WR Duron Carter
11. TE Erik Swoope

Quarles, 23, signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina back in May. However, he lasted just a few months with the Giants before he was cut at the start of the season and later claimed off of waivers by the Patriots.

Since then, Quarles has had brief stints with the Colts and Browns before returning to the Patriots in recent weeks.

Last year, Quarles appeared in two games and recorded one tackle, one saack and a pass defense.
