ESPN’s Mike Wells reports that Colts do not plan to retain HCย Chuck Paganoย after the season.
However,ย GM Ryan Grigson’sย future with the team remains unclear at this point in time.
Sources tellย Wells that Pagano and Grigson have a “toxic” relationship andย things are “100 times worse” inside the organization when it comes to the relationship between the two men than they’ve been on the field this season for the Colts.
According to Wells, it has reached theย point where Grigson and Pagano have little communication with each other whatsoever.
Even if the Colts end up keepingย Grigson and have him aid their search for a replacement, Wells’ sources have said that this does not guarantee that he’ll be the Colts’ general manager next season.
Instead,ย Grigson could be replaced if the team’s next head coachย has a preference in regards to their next general manager.
We’ll have more regarding the Colts and Pagano as the news is available.
