San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh hinted at the possibility that they could limit Frank Gore‘s usage for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, via the San Francisco Chronicle.
“I would plan on (Gore) playing, but you just feel like right now that we’ve got a stable of backs,” said Harbaugh.
If the 49ers do end up limiting Gore’s usage, backup RB Kendall Hunter figures to see an increased amount of touches in Week 11. So far Hunter has looked pretty good when given the opportunity to play and the Cardinals are a great match up on paper. If you’re in need of some help at the running back position this week in your fantasy, it’s worth taking a shot on Hunter.
